In 1904, he walked to Paris, where he was admitted to the \u00e9cole nationale sup\u00e9rieure des Beaux-Arts. Between 1907 and 1914, he took part in exhibitions in Paris and Bucharest with works that made him famous, such as <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ma\u00efastra<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Muse endormie<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mademoiselle\u00a0Pogany<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. After 1914 he began to take part in numerous exhibitions in the United States, where his works were bought by the great collectors of his time. Constantin\u00a0Br\u0103ncu\u0219i had a major contribution to the innovation of language and vision in contemporary sculpture worldwide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Br\u00e2ncu\u0219i\u2019s sculptures are fragmented; by simplifying anatomy, the artist reduces forms to their purest expression.
