Hristina Ivanoska
Hristina Ivanoska’s research interest and artistic practice are deeply rooted in the suppression, control, and construction of collective memory regarding women’s resistance strategies and politics. Her interdisciplinary practice investigates the experience of present-day social and political systems and their relationship to history and theory. She has exhibited at numerous prestigious venues, including the Nadežda Petrović Memorial, Čačak (2024); Museum of Yugoslavia, Belgrade (2024); ŠKUC, Ljubljana (2023); Budapest Gallery (2023); +MSUM, Ljubljana (2023); Manifesta 14, Prishtina (2022); Künstlerhaus, Vienna (2022); MAXXI, Rome (2021); Ludwig Museum, Budapest (2020); 2nd Autostrada Biennale, Prizren (2019); Research Pavilion, 57. Venice Biennale (2017); MUMOK, Vienna (2016); Künstlerhaus, Graz (2013); NGbK, Berlin (2011) among other venues. She is a PhD-in-Practice candidate at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna.
