Born in the Republic of Moldova, in a pastoral environment, surrounded by nature and the freedom of creation by game, Pavel Grosu thrives in a space in which nothing could foreseen a promising future. Still, his natural gift, not arbitrary, but written in his genes, is noticed from an early age and he is send to an art school. At the age of 12, overcoming many obstacles, of various nature, the artist goes at Igor Vieru, the Academic Art Highschool in Chișinău. Then , in 2010 , we find him in Cluj Napoca, at the University of Art and Design , reaching his true potential in MA , at the Painting Department. In the dinamic atmosphere of “The school of Cluj” , thorough creativity and passion, Pavel Grosu manages to create for himself a genuine vision and proces in the visual arts, in the field of painting. His works reached various countries in solo exhibitions and group ones: Bucharest, Timișoara,Arad, Chișinău, Italy, Holland , Belgium, Switzerland,U.S. Although his works travel through different West European countries, his cradle of artistic endeavor is based in Cluj, where the artist lives, works and dreams.
