The opening will take place in the presence of the artists and curators and will be followed on Saturday, April 18th, at 5:00 PM, by an artist & curator talk moderated by Dana Diminescu.

The two solo exhibitions exist in dialogue, bringing together distinct artistic practices around shared themes such as time and nature, understood as a container of micro-universes that cannot be fully grasped through research alone, but also through art. Together, they reflect on the relationship between body, matter, and environment.

Nona Inescu’s exhibition highlights an interdisciplinary practice spanning photography, objects, installation, video, and sound, exploring the relationship between the human body and its environment from a posthumanist perspective. Her works merge anatomical elements with geological and botanical forms, proposing new ecologies of fragility and resilience.

In parallel, Oláh Gyárfás explores the relationships between nature, materiality, and imagination through sculptures and objects made from hemp, hay, plaster, textiles, and wood. His anthropomorphic and archaic forms open transitional spaces between worlds, epochs, and systems of thought.

The exhibitions will be on view from April 17 to June 6, 2026, Thursday to Saturday, between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

The exhibitions are co-financed by the Administration of the National Cultural Fund (AFCN).
